[00:04:53] [SPEAKER_02]: And then I smoked it at 200 degrees

[00:04:55] [SPEAKER_02]: Then I seared it on the Blackstone

[00:04:57] [SPEAKER_02]: Then I put it in a braising pan

[00:04:59] [SPEAKER_02]: With a bunch of Italian peppers and seasonings

[00:05:02] [SPEAKER_02]: And went back into the smoker

[00:05:03] [SPEAKER_02]: For three hours

[00:05:05] [SPEAKER_02]: It just fell apart

[00:05:06] [SPEAKER_02]: Then I got some Italian hoagie rolls

[00:05:09] [SPEAKER_02]: Toasted them

[00:05:11] [SPEAKER_02]: Provelled cheese from St. Louis

[00:05:13] [SPEAKER_02]: Shout out to the Vulmers

[00:05:14] [SPEAKER_02]: And I went Italian beef, cheese, more beef

[00:05:16] [SPEAKER_02]: Some Jardinair and banana peppers on top

[00:05:20] [SPEAKER_02]: Holy cow

[00:05:21] [SPEAKER_02]: One of the best things I've ever made in my house

[00:05:23] [SPEAKER_01]: How big is that? Is that just a normal size?

[00:07:17] [SPEAKER_02]: Uncle Bran and Caitlin got a kitten

[00:12:35] [SPEAKER_04]: Like getting the wedding party

[00:12:37] [SPEAKER_04]: A nicer place to stay

[00:12:39] [SPEAKER_04]: And letting her know that

[00:12:41] [SPEAKER_04]: Scooters are bad idea in Costa Rica

[00:13:31] [SPEAKER_04]: But they slowly over time begin to get along

[00:14:16] [SPEAKER_04]: About the woman and he's like oh yeah

[00:14:18] [SPEAKER_04]: She's got a girlfriend and she's

[00:14:20] [SPEAKER_04]: Like oh my gosh that's crazy and then they kiss

[00:14:24] [SPEAKER_04]: It was a volcano it all worked out

[00:14:26] [SPEAKER_04]: They make it back to the house

[00:14:28] [SPEAKER_04]: And they find out that the wedding was cancelled
