[00:00:04] Hi, I'm bram and I love hallmark mysteries. Oh Brian. I like hallmark mysteries

[00:00:09] I'm Dan, and I despise hallmark mysteries and this is the

[00:00:28] Hi everybody

[00:00:38] I didn't cough on the mic I

[00:00:41] Side of it. That's right. I coughed on Brian. I would never

[00:00:44] Didn't even cover his mouth. I covered my mouth a little bit

[00:00:48] A smidge bean

[00:00:51] Yeah, like us like a string bean

[00:00:53] All right, you say something I'm trying I'm talking about

[00:00:59] Smidge beans

[00:01:04] Speaking of being optimistic Rick Dillby, how you doing buddy? Oh

[00:01:08] Boy, it's gonna be

[00:01:13] I'm grinding

[00:01:17] You might be wondering and I'm sure the listeners at home are wondering why is he on the show so early?

[00:01:23] We're only a minute into the show and I was told somebody handed me a note

[00:01:27] It just said Rick has big news and so obviously I'm so excited

[00:01:31] I I'm like I'm like Brian when I get an email and I have to go and rip open my desktop computer because I'm so excited

[00:01:37] What's the big news first batch of kind of

[00:01:40] First batch of kind of first batch of kind of first batch of kind of that's right

[00:01:46] Now it fits these we were working on a kid. What's kind of you know Barbie? Yeah, yeah, Ken. He's just kid

[00:01:53] You know him. Yeah bacon bread

[00:01:56] You're making bread with Ken Ken

[00:02:00] We're baking Ken bread. Uh-huh. What does that mean you get there? Okay?

[00:02:07] Yes, we've been working a long time on this first batch of kindos up

[00:02:12] Is it a new type of bread you can get you could pick it up raw you can pick up the dough

[00:02:17] We could also bit but we could bake the loaf for you be a kid loaf seems like what's the closest like right like you know sourdough

[00:02:25] Cetera heard of this. What what is it sourdough? What sourdough?

[00:02:30] It's like a type of bread. What?

[00:02:32] Sourdough sourdough. Why would I want sour bread? I'm not saying you do

[00:02:36] I'm just saying the first thing that came to mind when you thought of bread was sour bread

[00:02:41] No, and you think I'm crazy for selling kendo. I don't know what can

[00:02:46] Down and get you had some can be a flavor compare like okay, so the words of notes of citrus

[00:02:53] Okay, get in there. Yeah

[00:02:56] It's like it's boggy

[00:02:59] How would you how would you describe the color?

[00:03:02] It's a bit spread

[00:03:07] Would you like khaki or bread color pain? Yeah, yeah, kendo that's big news right yeah, I guess first batch

[00:03:16] It's coming in hot where can we literally when can we try it you could try it today if you come on down to fit

[00:03:21] See you didn't bring us samples. No, we're doing a vape pen off down at the piz though

[00:03:27] Whoever can smoke the whole vape pen first wins a pull a loaf for kendo

[00:03:32] Oh

[00:03:34] That's the only thing they win is the kendo. Well, that's a big deal

[00:03:38] Kendo's huge is it yeah first I've heard of it

[00:03:43] You've done a really bad job our patch bread. I got put sour sprinkles all over the best

[00:03:48] Sours a descriptor at least Kim's not a descriptor. Yes, I have gave you citrus and bulky

[00:03:54] But what I'm saying in order what I'm saying is it doesn't like

[00:03:59] Ken doesn't tell me anything about the breath just can

[00:04:02] Do you see the movie or are you not a feminist?

[00:04:07] Both you hate women you hate women. You like your bread sour. That's on you. It's on you short stack

[00:04:14] Are you making any sandwiches on the bread?

[00:04:16] probably

[00:04:18] Are you gonna be gotten that far? Yeah, look at the first batch of kendo out now

[00:04:23] Great. Thank you

[00:04:26] Man we've got to stop if it says he's

[00:04:32] I don't know who and handed me the note. Okay, Rick. Who was that?

[00:04:39] Who shiffy shiffy is shiffy. I I don't know shiffy shiffy's our runner

[00:04:43] You know that people loyal offices have couriers. You're sorry

[00:04:48] You hired someone for your in kendo. We're sure you're a weird bar. We have a courier

[00:04:54] Just runs out messages where they were in the big hat

[00:04:58] Big hat. Yeah, it was big 40 gallon. It was huge. That was a big tip in through the door, right?

[00:05:02] We would not stop talking about if you would be fired if they weren't wearing a big hat

[00:05:06] Oh big hat and running real fast, man

[00:05:08] I hope that people are tuning in for curious caterer and they got this and they don't know who we are

[00:05:13] That's how we get new lessons

[00:05:16] Decto mark was just okay, but there was a whole thing in the beginning about bread kendo

[00:05:21] Because it wasn't anywhere

[00:05:23] Confined it so my local artisanal bakery

[00:05:29] Kendo cooked or not me out of the room

[00:05:34] I was gonna see if we had any new reviews to read anything

[00:05:39] Unfortunate

[00:05:42] Yeah, I think

[00:05:46] Just let us know what you thought of that specific part of the show

[00:05:56] Rick how do you spell kendo is it a special spelling? I mean I don't think you need to like like

[00:06:02] People leaving the reviews. Yeah

[00:06:05] Keen

[00:06:06] Do

[00:06:07] Kendo interesting. Okay, I would have all right

[00:06:10] Let's not curious caterer foiled plans

[00:06:14] Things are gonna get crazy down here. It's gonna get kendo nuts

[00:06:17] I'm trying to figure out if it's like a play on words. I think you meant like doughnuts. I see. Oh

[00:06:28] Thanks, Dan, it's almost like you're inside the brand shiffy came back

[00:06:35] What's so funny is the first time you're in here yet the first time he ran in this morning

[00:06:40] He ran through the door you try to run in like I just go just the hat the hat hit so he had to do one of those

[00:06:47] Didn't say a word

[00:06:53] April 26

[00:07:00] Goldie Barry is at it again everybody

[00:07:02] She is taking a job to cater a big fundraiser that's happening at a castle and it is medieval times

[00:07:10] It is medieval themed

[00:07:14] Evil

[00:07:16] So crazy

[00:07:18] And she's pumped about the medieval theme

[00:07:21] Would you be excited Brian about a medieval theme party a one night thing?

[00:07:25] Maybe I could get pumped up for really one time

[00:07:27] But there is one aspect of it that I think does it for me and we'll get to that later on

[00:07:32] I think it's all right. We're gonna get to Brian's medieval kinks later

[00:07:35] Back to you in the synopsis brand. I really did it for me the idea of a medieval orgy. We're gonna kendo nuts

[00:07:43] That's crazy out there the fundraiser is for the elk park fencing

[00:07:50] gang go out which happens to be her daughter

[00:07:55] Olive's squad she is into the fencing and we find out that there's no cell service in the castle. I'm sure well

[00:08:03] That'll be the only time we hear about it, but

[00:08:06] You need to know it do you who could say Alistair is the guy who runs the castle and he's in the middle of

[00:08:13] Firing basically the fencing teams leader coach

[00:08:18] Would you say?

[00:08:21] Lee the lead definitely not lead fencer. It's fencing coach

[00:08:26] question

[00:08:28] That's a little that fence sir a fence cold get it fence sir. Yeah, then sir

[00:08:34] Save it for the double-decker the week. He's better than right that that's my mother

[00:08:38] Again, it's the it's the her company. Yeah, so the week is idea

[00:08:44] Anyway Goldie walks up and he's like hey Goldie. I want to introduce you later soon at some point to a Michelin star chef

[00:08:51] I know them and I could get you in with

[00:08:55] them

[00:08:56] the towns

[00:08:58] Shows up Tom's there remember Tom Andrew Walker Tom Tom

[00:09:03] isn't there a

[00:09:05] Very long though when he finds out that his dad

[00:09:09] Has escaped from prison

[00:09:12] Pretty big pretty big news there, huh?

[00:09:14] What's as big as kendo?

[00:09:17] Almost as big. Yeah

[00:09:19] Goldie finds him and cheers them up though by asking him to dance with her is that the thing?

[00:09:27] Which they do it's pretty deep pretty dark

[00:09:31] Which they do they do in the grand thing the sparks are flying

[00:09:37] Goldie sees Alistair getting in a little argument. I can't support that right their turkeys are pretty much plants

[00:09:44] I

[00:09:48] Nobody's out there trying to save the turkeys like even vegans. I think you're like what turkey doesn't taste very good

[00:09:52] I'm gonna say the turkey save the world. They were

[00:09:55] Goldie sees Alistair getting in a little argument outside the room

[00:09:57] But it's time for him to come in and make a big

[00:10:02] Announcement ladies and gentlemen, I got a big announcement and then he falls and he stumbles to his death

[00:10:08] And then some bloods are said he's dead out of his back. It's like

[00:10:12] That's the sound of the blood everybody knows that sound if you have a play name that sound that'd be pretty clear

[00:10:19] There is a handful of suspects the fencing coach

[00:10:22] You know, he was getting fired the woman that he may have been having an affair with

[00:10:27] The court gesture because a part of his costume was found on his body on his person if you will

[00:10:32] The guy that was announcing the names. He was missing conveniently during the time of the murder and more

[00:10:40] Luckily though, everybody we are gonna get some help in this case

[00:10:45] Obviously Goldie Tom. They're gonna be working together

[00:10:48] but so is

[00:10:50] The remember last movie there was that new detective in town. Yeah and his dad

[00:10:55] New it put away Tom's dad way back when yeah, those two are there

[00:11:01] So that's pretty dope everybody's yeah, everybody's there

[00:11:05] So some weird stuff starts happening and they're just trying to like interview people and no one's being very helpful

[00:11:10] And everybody hated Alistair so it's like really it could be anybody. It could be anybody now

[00:11:17] Even though

[00:11:19] There's no cell services and stop her daughter from taking some selfies and in the background of one of the pictures

[00:11:25] They see somebody

[00:11:28] Have in their hands on the little

[00:11:31] Defensing sword the fence the fence scene. Yes, yes the fence the sort yes

[00:11:38] On the fence there on the fence on the fence with Janie Spencer

[00:11:43] I'm Janie Spencer. Thank you for bringing up my program

[00:11:47] I think it was a real program

[00:11:48] I was on my way to pick up the kendo and I heard you say my name

[00:11:52] And I think I call in on the fence or you're going to get you

[00:11:57] Yeah, what's your show?

[00:12:00] Of course I am that tagline is taking off so fast

[00:12:06] Sorry really quickly. What's your show? I'm on the fence with Janie. What is it?

[00:12:11] It's you you're all you literally sit in the middle of a fence

[00:12:14] And then we give you an issue and you got to jump to one side or the other

[00:12:18] That's actually pretty cool

[00:12:20] I thought thank you for mentioning my program

[00:12:23] Do I leave it with you Janie?

[00:12:26] Leave the program with us

[00:12:29] Janieman leave the show leave the show like I'll leave it like I'll take

[00:12:37] The person in the picture on the fencing on the fence is

[00:12:42] Tom's dad

[00:12:44] What?

[00:12:45] Tom's dad is there. This is crazy

[00:12:48] Then some more people

[00:12:50] then

[00:12:52] Some more shenanigans happens one that detective remember

[00:12:57] Detectives dad who is there? Yeah, he gets shot in the in the arm and then a woman is found

[00:13:04] Outside she's on what was she doing out there. She's dead. She's dead hard

[00:13:09] And face plant and they look at her and they go I could tell you right here and right now

[00:13:15] That's not somebody who fell hard. That's somebody who has strangled hard

[00:13:20] Held a little too high hard

[00:13:23] So luckily

[00:13:26] Goldie finds her way into

[00:13:28] Secret zones and we all know that we know the secret zones. She finds a bed. She finds orange jumpsuit

[00:13:35] That's for jail times

[00:13:37] And then all of a sudden Tom's dad

[00:13:40] Tom's dad is there secret zones in jail time

[00:13:43] Tom's dad is there and it's like hey little lady

[00:13:47] Tom also finds the secret zone real fast comes up and it's like

[00:13:51] Dead and then Goldie takes that opportunity to upon Tom seeing his dad for the first time in 20 plus years

[00:13:59] Not lunch on the conscious. So that's good. So

[00:14:03] What's going on here? What are we to do?

[00:14:06] There's still some things that seem very suspicious

[00:14:09] Some things that feel odd and so what better way to figure out who done it then a little scrapple

[00:14:16] Goldie does a little scrabble thing and she realizes she has a big

[00:14:20] Realization in this moment. They all come together. They all bring all their stuff and they

[00:14:25] One other bit of information that I forgot to write down was that Alistair

[00:14:30] His books were been cooked and the person who's for the books were cooked. That was the guy that was

[00:14:37] Yes, no kill back yonder. Okay, but the gesture was working

[00:14:44] Yes, yes, and so

[00:14:47] We find that out that that's who that was and so obviously there's some stuff there

[00:14:52] So they bring everybody in there like we know who done it and it's

[00:14:58] Detective dad yet is that that and so apparently there was one other big piece of information is that

[00:15:06] Is this a kind of synopsis? No listen up

[00:15:09] So there was a there was a question of synopsis there was a crooked

[00:15:13] There was a crooked for a while. There may have been some plot in here

[00:15:16] there was a there was a crooked cop and

[00:15:19] It was it was him and he worked and then they planted some evidence to make to point it all at the direction of

[00:15:27] Tom's dad. He didn't actually do anything wrong didn't actually do anything wrong 20 years of his life lost

[00:15:31] That's exactly right. That's exactly right. And so he like shot himself to make it seem like somebody was after him

[00:15:37] He showed up that day because he heard that Alistair actually helped Tom's dad

[00:15:44] Get out of prison and was gonna was gonna reveal everything

[00:15:47] He tries to get him to stop and it's at this point that I was to tell him a I'm running out of time aka

[00:15:52] He was dying which was a pretty big deal

[00:15:55] And so when he finds out hey everything's gonna basically come out

[00:15:58] He comes out behind them grabs the sword the fencing sword the fence

[00:16:03] Steps right in the back and there you go Bob's your uncle now all this seems pretty circumstantial and he points out as well

[00:16:10] And that's but that's when he lets out a bit of key information that they had not revealed yet

[00:16:15] Which is that he stored his gun in a grandfather clock?

[00:16:19] They were like we didn't tell you was in the grandfather clock. There's your proof just offered the pudding FBI shows up

[00:16:25] They arrest them and Goldie and

[00:16:28] Goldie and Tom are talking obviously Tom's gonna do some catching up with his dad

[00:16:32] So they're gonna cancel their date that they had planned

[00:16:36] But so there's like hey, I guess we got a postpone this here date

[00:16:40] And he's like yeah, but we don't got a postpone this and they

[00:16:44] Kiss big ones baby and now my friends was curious caterer for your plan

[00:16:52] We did what's up, baby booze? We're gonna take a quick break. We come back. We're gonna break this movie down here on

[00:17:08] Sure we didn't get the show get the right I'm pretty sure we didn't get the show

[00:17:12] We

[00:17:14] Weren't Janie she said it weird according to you that what you said, okay?

[00:17:19] No, Janie's last name is Spencer

[00:17:22] Yeah, and that didn't come into play at all. Oh on the fence seems like a show that could have been created by anyone

[00:17:28] Their last name happened to be clearly had a thing for names that and that are involved in multiple very own brand

[00:17:35] It's time for the hot takes where we share exactly how we felt about this movie

[00:17:38] You know hold back and I'm gonna throw it to my personal court gesture

[00:17:43] I'm gonna throw it to Brian Brian. What do you think? Thanks, man? Thanks, man

[00:17:47] I liked the locked room aspect of this haven't had that in a while

[00:17:51] I like the all-in-one night aspect of this very kind of a challenge

[00:17:56] But also must be fun for the crew to like not have to be doing too many location changes and

[00:18:01] Costs money big time. I'd say

[00:18:03] I liked this is my if you will quote-unquote kink if you will

[00:18:10] If you're alive

[00:18:14] Now's the time man. That was Italy I

[00:18:18] liked how people used to announce of course Brian explains his kinks with air quotes as

[00:18:23] You guys these common folk call them

[00:18:26] How people as they arrived at the party they were announced how I feel like that is

[00:18:32] Underused like we that we should bring that back. I don't know if I can sit next to you

[00:18:36] Should bring that back you show up and you're announced at the party and everybody

[00:18:39] Oh, you know my only thing with it was I would get like such little applause like it would be brutal

[00:18:45] It'd be embarrassing. I'd have to show up. We would ahead of time make sure you got

[00:18:54] Except they would just be for real yeah the yeah the sound design was really good like it was very

[00:18:59] Yeah, like I had headphones on for a part of this because I didn't want to wake up

[00:19:03] I was watching it at nighttime and I didn't want to make any noise

[00:19:05] And I had it on you can hear like the cold air outside in the background of the scenes

[00:19:11] Like it sounded very you can hear the breathing of the guy and

[00:19:15] Yeah hiding in the ducks there so they did a bit of a

[00:19:19] When there was like that clanking sounds. Yep

[00:19:22] That was like very dim and then she went into the secret secret room and it was the and it was the yeah

[00:19:27] So they actually like did paid special attention to that and it came across to me and I got to commend mr. Andrew Walker

[00:19:34] Full fat as I call them because they call me Andrew Walker light we call him full fat Andrew Walker

[00:19:39] Full fat

[00:19:42] Yeah, yeah just full fat Andrew Walker went pretty easy on

[00:19:48] What do you want to call Andrew Walker he's just the man

[00:19:52] Andrew's the man got him full fat I call it full fat because they call me Andrew light and so full fat and really

[00:19:59] Yeah, I think he'll like that joke to okay. I think I think he goes out saying

[00:20:04] Who's the winner in that scenario full fat Andrew Walker?

[00:20:08] the

[00:20:09] The kiss was like Andrew holding back and out of respect for the dead

[00:20:14] I have to commend Andrew for holding back a little bit on that kiss because that could have gone on

[00:20:19] Forever, they know they could have started to get going as they faded the black and they could have just pulled the shot back

[00:20:25] Like they've done before and he's just kissing under the moonlight for eternity

[00:20:29] But he showed a little restraint restraint and I was that was a lot. So yeah really I enjoyed it good stuff

[00:20:35] They did a good job on this one good stuff

[00:20:38] Yeah, I liked it too. It was it was unique to your point

[00:20:41] It would the fact that it all happened in this castle is pretty cool

[00:20:43] Luckily the castle is massive so you had enough to play with which was cool

[00:20:47] intriguing characters I didn't

[00:20:50] Guess who did it which is nice Sam

[00:20:53] You know, I had my thoughts

[00:20:55] But it really could have been any one of them because he was such a hated person

[00:20:58] And I thought that the person that actually was was pretty cool

[00:21:01] and I like the little

[00:21:04] Explaining at the end with the revealing of the shots in the ensign black and white and like I liked that

[00:21:08] That that trope when they do these are mysteries and so

[00:21:11] it was cool. It was cool and

[00:21:14] I'm happy. I'm happy anytime I get to see Andrew and Nikki on screen together

[00:21:18] I'm a happy camper

[00:21:20] And so the fact that we're now at the point in this here saga where they're actually gonna be together

[00:21:26] That's nice. I'm excited Dan. Yeah, this is the best of the curious cater movies in my opinion

[00:21:32] I think they figured out

[00:21:34] Exactly what we want to see here get a lot of time with Nikki and Andrew together

[00:21:38] That's a B you have like a bottle episode kind of thing going on see you start getting some personal information with his dad

[00:21:46] That comes to fruition really well. Is it a little overly complicated? Sure. Yes, it is

[00:21:50] Are there too many red herrings and just some obvious like plot plot plot to chew through of course there is

[00:21:57] But you get the kiss you get a fun twist the only I was

[00:22:01] completely thrown off the trail

[00:22:03] Until dude shows up with a shot in his arm and no one saw it

[00:22:08] But him and he says it was like at that point you start to go

[00:22:13] Okay, that's a little too obvious. So they show their hand a little bit

[00:22:17] But before then I had no idea I had no idea for the basically the first hour of this movie

[00:22:22] What was going on? In fact, I was very confident. It was not him. I told Brandon that early on

[00:22:28] So there's enough here to where I think it's the best of these movies and I think it's the best for all those reasons

[00:22:36] Yeah, it was fun. I have any issue with it

[00:22:40] You don't have any issues. I mean, I love it, but I didn't I think I have any issues with it

[00:22:45] I think that it of those movies this one was the best one. Yeah, it's time for

[00:22:49] The all the feels we're talking about one of these who gave us his feels right?

[00:22:53] Yeah, this was a next level murderboard

[00:22:56] I think they it feels like in this series

[00:22:59] They are just competing with themselves for creativity around the murderboard and this was a really cool one

[00:23:05] The drawings the the background which was like a rug. I think or something like that

[00:23:09] It looks very cool

[00:23:11] And it's sort of like they're they are in on the joke a little bit like they're going a little wild with it

[00:23:16] And I can't wait to see what they do for them. I appreciated after the first

[00:23:21] Movies I appreciated what they did. Yes. I thought that was like a winking like if you've been following with us the whole time

[00:23:28] I think it was very so I love how they're carrying that through. Yeah, very cool

[00:23:31] Yeah, and I and to that point when she has to draw one of the characters or something

[00:23:40] Someone in the chat who was at a summer pointed out

[00:23:43] That I can't believe medieval breaches were good for brand and there's a simple reason and it's Andrew Walker Andrew Walker

[00:23:48] in

[00:23:50] medieval garb

[00:23:51] Was wonderful. I mean come on and especially we'll put out that like cloak to go outside Cape was

[00:23:58] adorbs and

[00:24:00] Big fan big fan of that Andrew Walker. You can do no wrong day. Yeah, I appreciated weirdly enough

[00:24:07] Lachlan Monroe who's in all of these movies. He is Nikki de Loches Goldie's ex-husband

[00:24:12] He is a doctor orthopedic surgeon in this movie

[00:24:15] he has to examine several dead bodies and

[00:24:18] Instead of it being this thing where he because he's doctor

[00:24:22] He can go and just do whatever any doctor would do

[00:24:25] They make a point of using some very dark humor to point out that he's uncomfortable with this

[00:24:31] And I just don't think older Hallmark movies would have done this

[00:24:34] But it's really funny like for us to have a scene where this guy has to look at a dead body and be uncomfortable

[00:24:41] And let's get laughs out of it. I never expected in a Hallmark movie

[00:24:44] But I last several times when he was doing an autopsy on these dead bodies and I didn't expect it

[00:24:49] So I appreciated that in this movie

[00:24:52] Let's take a quick break. We'll come back with the way what no what the hallmarks here on

[00:25:05] We're back we're talking about curious caterer foiled plans

[00:25:10] Let's get to the way what is what we're talking about whether this we made us go wait what?

[00:25:14] Right yeah, there was a secret door which is great a nice touch always but that thing spun so fast

[00:25:20] Like she was on that thing and she you have to hold on to get to the other side of that thing

[00:25:25] And so I just don't think they should go that fast, but I guess

[00:25:29] Fast secret for all the secret Ryan here for me for all the secret door makers out there

[00:25:38] Setting where you can control it's just

[00:25:45] Medium slow yeah, and then when she was in there you can they hear each other through the wall

[00:25:50] And I just feel like a secret room should be at least sound sound proof like you should

[00:25:55] Thought a lot about see now. Yeah, I guess I show my cards a little bit here

[00:26:00] someone announces you walking into a

[00:26:03] Secret room forget about it. No, that's the answer. That thing slowly opens up. Oh my gosh

[00:26:09] In that case, you don't need to be sound proof

[00:26:11] You need everybody to hear that the castle the I forget his name his

[00:26:15] The guy like worked the door or maybe he made the name announcements

[00:26:19] He has somebody asked for the blueprints

[00:26:21] Klaus Klaus went for the blueprints and before I could even take a deep breath. He was back with the blueprints

[00:26:27] But you got to keep your cows really fast like at arm's length

[00:26:31] I guess you just keep those hands always know the blueprints are gotta help and then the conf look at the end the confession

[00:26:37] While in handcuffs being led to the police car just basically rolling out your entire confession when talking to your son

[00:26:43] It's just you're building a tough case

[00:26:47] Representation you have a right to remain yeah, you should use that sometimes you should use that

[00:26:51] Especially in that case. So it was just a weird spot for him to just confess

[00:26:56] That's it. I only have a couple one

[00:26:59] I don't know why I found it so funny

[00:27:03] But the fact that his dad calling him

[00:27:07] Thompson was such a big part of this movie made me laugh multiple times

[00:27:12] Thompson and the guy his name was literally anything else

[00:27:17] Timster Tim Bills or Bobster?

[00:27:19] Tomster Tomster Tomster and like the fact that

[00:27:24] The court Jester you Thompson the court Jester was in was in prison with

[00:27:31] Tom's dad. Yes, and I guess you would always

[00:27:34] Senior he would always sir. He would always talk about his son and call us some

[00:27:39] Tomster yeah, and so the court Jester just couldn't control himself. I get when he said Tomster under his

[00:27:46] Oh, no, I know that's a

[00:27:49] Calling him that that only your dad uses for you pup man

[00:27:52] Yeah, sometimes you just that means that his dad talked about him so much in prison only saying Tom

[00:27:58] Yeah

[00:28:00] Forget about it last but not least

[00:28:02] a big part of this

[00:28:05] Movie is this selfie with yeah, yeah, Tom's dad Tom Tomster senior

[00:28:12] Tom sir in the background and

[00:28:16] You know when they start to explain

[00:28:19] What happened and how the murder happened? I'm like I wonder how they're gonna explain the selfie and why Tom

[00:28:24] Sir was holding the the murder weapon

[00:28:27] And the reason is is after the murder

[00:28:32] Tom sir went and he grabbed the the sword obviously to do something with it

[00:28:37] I think cuz he caught him. He was gonna get framed again. Yeah

[00:28:42] So

[00:28:44] Wait, but what this means is because this happens immediately afterwards

[00:28:47] He's like sees this happen and he goes and he tries to grab the sword

[00:28:50] That means that these two kids were taking a selfie immediately after a murder took place

[00:28:55] I call the guy collapses. They're like

[00:29:01] Which is great ditto

[00:29:03] Everything was a time to do it would be when everybody's in there looking at that guy

[00:29:06] We've got to get this selfie now. It is perfect

[00:29:08] I believe and I could be wrong correct me if I'm wrong. I'm sure you will

[00:29:13] That of these four movies

[00:29:15] This is the third Goldie Berry catered event where a murder has occurred during the event

[00:29:21] You're wrong premises. You're wrong

[00:29:24] If that is the case, I would rather live in Hannah Swinson's town

[00:29:28] Then have Goldie Berry cater

[00:29:32] One of my events. Why would you hire her to cater one of your events? What you rather?

[00:29:38] I mean, I just like go ahead there and Aaron has thoughts

[00:29:44] The grill one definitely has one no the grill she'd lights it up after she lights it up

[00:29:49] And they're already murdered, but she discovered I'm sorry. She discovers the murder there

[00:29:52] What's the first one isn't the first one at one of her events? It's at the teacher's thing

[00:29:57] But she dies on the way home the wedding one is the only one I remember

[00:30:00] They're not being a body where she was catering something they're discovering bodies where she's catering well

[00:30:06] No, she did well

[00:30:07] She discovered then the first one the woman is driving home

[00:30:10] So she's okay

[00:30:11] She left the event so they discover a body where she caters in the second one and they do it at this one

[00:30:16] So two of the four and the grill one was after the event was over. Yes, but he was in there

[00:30:21] He was folded up in the grill and they're wrong exploded right

[00:30:24] The explosion happens after but it was planted while she was there, right? You just you keep trying dad

[00:30:33] No, you'll you'll you'll look. I want to get it right. I don't get it right

[00:30:37] I'm just saying technically the Goldie Berry are still better than Hannah Swinson. You think so just living in Hannah Swinson's town

[00:30:43] Yeah, but just living in her town but living in her town you don't have to know her just living in her town

[00:30:48] I think it's close. Um, I don't it's four to nine the it's four to nine movies to movies. That is correct

[00:30:54] Statistically speaking there are less movies of one than the other

[00:31:01] Also the law enforcement in uh Eden Lake just keeps changing. I don't know which one that is

[00:31:06] Okay

[00:31:09] Yeah, the turnover in law enforcement is tough. Uh, we had multiple sheriffs multiple police officers whereas, you know

[00:31:14] So the woman summer says the woman is eating stuff that from her catering that someone poisoned

[00:31:19] So I included that one. I thought it was a I thought it was a drink they poisoned her drink

[00:31:24] Either it was something from that party. I don't know. I've watched these one time

[00:31:28] In my head they happen at every one

[00:31:31] In my hand

[00:31:32] We hear a half dozen times say what I'm thinking about again. I think it was cooking

[00:31:38] Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So that one counts

[00:31:41] We we hear half a dozen times in this movie

[00:31:45] We hear half a dozen times in this movie that there is no wi-fi and no cell signal half a dozen six times

[00:31:52] And for the life of me

[00:31:54] I'm thinking there's going to be a big plot point at the end of this movie

[00:31:58] That relates to the fact that there is no cell signal and no wi-fi

[00:32:02] There isn't it's just a red hearing where everyone has to mention it over and over again

[00:32:07] That there's no wi-fi or cell signal and what a red hearing it is because they say it a bunch in this movie

[00:32:13] Doesn't matter never comes back. Nobody cares. The only time it matters at all is when they're calling 911

[00:32:17] And they have to go find a landline. That's it the rest of the time. It just doesn't matter

[00:32:21] um

[00:32:22] This dad leaves his jumpsuits

[00:32:25] Yeah on his bed

[00:32:28] He has an orange jumpsuits if this guy negotiated to get him out of prison

[00:32:32] He probably would have changed clothes before he left the prison, right?

[00:32:35] But in this movie in the secret zone where the door moved too fast

[00:32:40] He has changed out of his jumpsuit where he has decided to lie it to make sure don't get any wrinkles

[00:32:46] You don't want to get your your prison jumpsuit with any wrinkles or a turn at the way it was getting

[00:32:50] He's gonna lay it down on the bed. That's what he's got to do

[00:32:55] Which didn't make any sense at all in this movie and then uh the dude who owns this house has gold bars just sitting out

[00:33:03] In the secret room in the room. He has just gold bars on top of the desk

[00:33:07] You know, where else would you put a secret room?

[00:33:10] Safe now what it's for gold bars

[00:33:12] But my my favorite least favorite line in this movie is is clearly when they go down to another secret room

[00:33:17] Where there's a pool table they all hang out to stay chill lock him in row says even a billionaire needs a man cave

[00:33:26] No

[00:33:27] No, even a billionaire does not need to carve out 200 square feet to have have his own time

[00:33:34] Literally, that's a billionaire's whole life

[00:33:37] They have houses that are man caves

[00:33:39] The idea that you need to carve out a little space for you time

[00:33:44] Is crazy it just crazy. That's all I got

[00:33:47] Uh, it's time for uh, what the homework is where you wonder what could have been maybe

[00:33:51] Uh, bruh, yeah, erin did you watch this movie?

[00:33:54] But okay, so this is not a feels but something that I don't think connected with these guys that maybe you and I heard differently

[00:34:00] You know the next morning when everything's getting settled and you hear the snow plows beeping outside

[00:34:05] Did that bring back like some nice winter memories? Like I heard that I go all the plows are out there

[00:34:10] Do you guys catch that?

[00:34:13] Yeah, dude, that sound is like not triggering but the but like oh, yeah

[00:34:18] I know that's that's the morning after a storm, you know, maybe you lost your power. Maybe you didn't the plows are out there

[00:34:23] It's like everything is like snow day type of thing like just that I just thought of that

[00:34:28] I meant to mention that see if you caught that because I heard it was just it's such a funny little thing

[00:34:33] My real what the whole when I hear trash trucks. I just freaking mean when you're talking on Alonso

[00:34:38] Yeah, very different. Very different. Okay. Totally different. Yeah, totally. It's a different. It's after the storm

[00:34:43] You know what's going on out there

[00:34:45] Where did all those fencing kids go?

[00:34:47] They were all there right fencing. Yeah, all those kids

[00:34:51] Not like where they just didn't have to stick around for the party

[00:34:54] Right, they weren't there for practice because when they move to the man cave

[00:34:59] Like six of them or still there. Yeah, so is everyone else just has to stay in the dining room

[00:35:04] I'm assuming the kids were also forced why they couldn't go play pool. I don't know

[00:35:09] Just they were just nowhere to be seen. Yeah

[00:35:12] Is concerning. Yeah

[00:35:15] Uh

[00:35:16] The other detective

[00:35:18] does sniff

[00:35:21] Someone's hair in this movie. Um, yeah, golly berries. Yep. Yep. Yep. Friends assistant, whatever but we get there

[00:35:28] um

[00:35:29] And like no one really talks about it. Nobody thinks it's weird. Yeah, and like even even her like she's just kind of like

[00:35:36] You know your sister's so silly

[00:35:38] um

[00:35:40] Why did why did it happen? Why why?

[00:35:44] Because like that's we that's weird. Uh because of a lot of reasons and like

[00:35:51] So like I don't we're in a weird spot because I actually like liked the two of them

[00:35:55] I thought they had good chemistry together and now I'm in a tough spot because I don't really know

[00:36:00] Because he sniffs hair and talks about it. Yeah, so like

[00:36:04] What are you guys gonna do about that? Like what where are you guys gonna add on that one?

[00:36:08] It was weird. Yeah, it was weird. It was weird. It's like what a like it's a weird one off

[00:36:12] Like we hate him now. Yeah, it's tough. I really need to explain for sure. Just like to hear what he was thinking there

[00:36:18] Yeah, I don't know. I just oh it was no big deal. No big deal. They've been flirting for weeks now like

[00:36:26] They flirted the whole last movie. I know

[00:36:29] So

[00:36:30] Yeah, it's weird. He probably like didn't mean to do it but she got like he leaned in and was like, oh

[00:36:37] That's where as a human being you don't say the thing out loud that I

[00:36:42] Snipped your your snipped your hair, huh?

[00:36:45] You'd be fine with that

[00:36:46] I mean if I had been like going back and forth. She's like, all right. We'll just ask me already

[00:36:51] If he didn't ask me out after this now it's weird. We're never speaking again, but like yeah

[00:36:56] So we'll see where this goes, but

[00:36:58] Okay, I feel like that was the time that was it. Yeah, he should have asked out there

[00:37:03] Like if he doesn't ask out within the next 24 hours, he is gone

[00:37:07] It was a very clock's ticking

[00:37:09] It was a very pronounced sniff. I think that was half my problem was it was the the sniff itself was well

[00:37:15] I wonder if first they did it like you couldn't tell

[00:37:17] If it was like

[00:37:20] Like what you described is like a happy accident like somebody like I'm at your level and I and I smell your hair

[00:37:27] And I'm like, oh, I think to myself self

[00:37:29] Yeah, smelling hair. That's but this was this was a thing for him eyes closed situation

[00:37:35] This was a thing for him. Yeah. Yeah, I would love to see the first take on that. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah

[00:37:40] He's like you sure. Yeah

[00:37:43] There you go

[00:37:44] Follow it up. That's good hair

[00:37:47] Woo

[00:37:48] Follow it out tv slash tth

[00:37:50] That was weird. That was fun. That was so weird. That was an accident

[00:37:55] And it was an accident because you and brian do not have a will they won't they relate to each other? They're friends

[00:38:02] I think there's a better little bit of will they won't take a little bit at least after that sniff you can

[00:38:09] At least talk about

[00:38:12] Earlier when you introed with uh

[00:38:14] Are we coming back from a break when you're like baby booze?

[00:38:16] It was plural and you used to say that baby boo was only katlyn. That's true

[00:38:20] And you said baby booze plural so that is wow. Wow. Wow. I guess wow. I'm inadvertently showing my cards

[00:38:28] And then inadvertently showing my cards. Whoa. Oh boy. My cards. I take it back accidentally

[00:38:34] Damn, uh, yeah, this may have been answered. Um

[00:38:38] If he got him out of jail

[00:38:42] By calling in a favor that's allister got

[00:38:46] Uh walkers dad out of jail by calling in a favor. Is that how we understand that? It was still not above board

[00:38:52] It was not above that was my understanding. He like bribed a guard

[00:38:55] He bribed a guard to get him out of jail. Correct. So now

[00:39:00] He they are not going to tack on because at the end of this movie

[00:39:04] They say he's got to go back to jail, but he'll be out soon

[00:39:07] Yeah, they have to tack on escape from prison to his sentence. Well, he was free wasn't it's the

[00:39:14] Determined that he was framed. Yes for the murder. So what are they gonna just say time sir?

[00:39:19] I'm gonna stick you wake it there. You he's time served. Yes, but this is a separate new crime

[00:39:25] Shouldn't have been there anyway, but you can't you can't use the time look. I don't want to go back to jail

[00:39:29] He shouldn't you know how I feel about prisons. I'm just saying

[00:39:33] This yeah big fan more prisons this guy wants to move into one 20 years on a sentence. He didn't deserve

[00:39:40] But he has now committed a brand new crime

[00:39:43] Yeah, this is a problem, right?

[00:39:46] It's not it's not okay. He he's gonna get go back to court someone can

[00:39:52] Uh come can correct me if I'm wrong, but I do think that's what happened. Yes

[00:39:56] I do think that he was snuck out is Aaron. Is that what you understand as well? You're usually right

[00:40:03] Thank you. Um, I understood it that they have since the sarcasm in there. Yes

[00:40:10] You guys have a lot of issues with my tone today and I'm beginning to think I don't have any issues with your tone

[00:40:15] I think you're talking about

[00:40:18] None at all

[00:40:20] All right, guess it was brand and then brian so they clearly talk about it when they hang out together

[00:40:26] Can you stay out of our personal life please? Yeah, but once

[00:40:30] Yeah, they probably have to guard they let him out

[00:40:33] The side door so escape prison. He's he escaped not have like it like because it was right before his parole

[00:40:39] So I

[00:40:42] Or did someone open the door?

[00:40:44] This is a tough spot. It doesn't matter. He literally, I don't know if you know this

[00:40:47] But they keep pretty good accounting on those prisoners

[00:40:50] I mean even if someone opens the door he chose to work out. Yes. It is a crime

[00:40:55] Maybe he thought they were letting them out. They were like, this is dope of them. Yeah

[00:41:00] In the middle of the night

[00:41:02] In my jail

[00:41:06] Someone's gonna let me out. Hey

[00:41:10] We'll work on it. We were singing two different songs. I think that uh, really jolly. I was oh you were singing river of dreams

[00:41:17] Yeah, I like that better. Yeah 100%

[00:41:19] In the middle of the night. I go walking in my

[00:41:22] All right, we're done. We're done here. We're done. We're done. We'll be back tomorrow until

[00:41:26] Until then maybe we're first to wish you
