BRAN’S GILMORE GIRLS (SEASON 2 EPISODE 22) SYNOPSIS
It's almost wedding time for Sookie and Jackson. Sookie is trying to find the song for the wedding but Lorelai thinks all the songs are too morbid. Two people cancel and Sookie asks Lorelai to invite Richard & Emily. Of course, they take that personally. A pity invite, they say!
Rory is eating breakfast with Dean and everything seems fine. She is in love with Dean, TRUST ME!
Lorelai has a conversation with Luke and it's clear she's still mad at him but he insists everything is fine.
At Chilton, Paris is running for president. Early polling shows that no one wants to vote for Paris because everyone knows she's Paris. Paris sees Rory and hatches an idea - invite Rory to be her VP. She says no until she hears Harvard would like that. So Rory says yes.
It's time to get Rory's cast off! Christopher shows up last second! He wouldn't miss this for the world and he agrees to stay in town for the day and go to Sookie & Jackson's pre-wedding party. After the party, Christopher & Lorelai talk. She explains things are going super great with Sherry. HMMMM INTERESTING. She agrees to go to the wedding with him the next day.
Naturally, the next day, they're on the couch and they just end up kisssingggg BIG ONESSSSS. Luckily, he has a room upstairs.
Afterwards, she comes downstairs and finds Sookie in her wedding dress, spiraling about her wedding cake. To calm her down, she tells Sookie that she slept with Christopher. That'll do it.
She gets back up to the room and they talk about what the heck just happened. They agree to just try to give them a shot and see what happens.
Luke is shocked to find Jess in the apartment. He's like what are you doing here? Jess tells Luke he wants to come back. Luke says ok but it's gonna have to be different. Then Luke says Rory and Dean are doing really well. Just leave it alone.
Rory gets a call from Paris. They won & they're gonna spend the summer in Washington.
Christopher goes on a little walk with Rory and tells her the good news. She then sees Jess. He says he's back and she kisses him and then runs away!
Christopher then finds Lorelai and says he has to go. HE JUST FOUND OUT SHERRY WAS PREGNANT! He can't not be around for another kid. She says congrats.
It's finally wedding time and Rory tells Lorelai she's probably going to Washington.
