BRAN'S MOVIE SYNOPSIS
The movie starts with this dude walking around, looking super stressed out. He comes up to a lighthouse and climbs to the top. He turns around and this dude pushes him off the top. This old guy goes to check on him as another guy begins to walk up.
36 hours earlier, Gethsemane is playing the piano at the school when Griff comes in. He's like I'm going to a wedding and the violinist backed out. Maybe you could come to fill in, be my date, do some dancing. She's in!
The groom is Ty and the bride is Sunny. Griff knows Ty - he was his first friend after the divorce. Of course it's not just the 2 of them - Eamon the ghost is also there.
The hotel has apparently been under renovation for a while and Gethsemane finds a piano to play with Eamon.
The wedding party is all there except for Franky, who shows up late, already intoxicated. Turns out everyone in the wedding party hates this dude. There are accusations of him owing money and he's got a lot of explaining to do.
The next morning, Gethsemane is walking around trying to get past her writer's block when she and Eamon come across the dead body of Frankie. Just then, the old dude that we saw walks through Gethsemane. Turns out he's a ghost! He says he's the last person to see this dude alive. His name is Colin. He says he saw someone run off after Frankie fell - they were wearing a long hooded jacket and were carrying something that looked like a necklace. Colin says they need to figure out who did this or else his son is gonna end up getting blamed for it. Apparently, the lighthouse belongs to the hotel which was owned by Colin and now is owned by his son, Daniel. The lighthouse railing needs to be replaced, so if they don't think it was a murder, he'll be held liable. Of course, Inspector O'Reilly shows up.
Apparently Frankie is a financial advisor but he's got a bunch of shady doings. The inspector is a bit suspicious of the groom. They have security footage of them in an argument the night he died and Frankie trying to give him this chain. He's like I'm gonna go ahead and wait for my lawyer. Apparently Frankie and the groom were on a boat one night when their best friend died and Frankie had his necklace.
Turns out, one of the people at the wedding was in love with that dude and overheard Frankie and the groom arguing. So she tells Frankie to meet her at the lighthouse and down he goes.
She finds Gethsemane in her room looking at that necklace. Luckily they're able to sort it all out and arrest her.
The wedding happens and Gethsemane still doesn't kiss Griff.
