[00:01:58] There was a conversation had in the office where different topics for potential dis lists were thrown out

[00:02:03] Right cereal was mentioned and as soon as I heard cereal I said if I am NOT on that episode

[00:02:10] I think a lot of people thought maybe this was only gonna be list of movies would make a lot of so we say why

[00:02:16] Why do that when there's so many other things? Can I tell you this sidewalk? I was top 10 sidewalks

[00:02:22] We made to get clean

[00:02:25] Dan and I did have an episode of top 10 parlor donut flavor Wow turns out

[00:02:30] It's like a 20-way tie 20-way tie for second behind Sandy Beach at one. Yes

[00:02:34] So that didn't go to air it was two minutes

[00:02:36] There's nothing we could do we agreed we shook hands. That was the

[00:02:40] yes, uh

[00:02:41] the I gotta be honest I was researching this and I

[00:02:46] Realized that I don't have a lot of strong

[00:02:49] This has to be in their feelings as much as I have strong this can't be in there, okay

[00:02:54] Yeah, do you know I mean?

[00:02:55] I have strong it needs to be in there and I I'm I am very hopeful that she's gonna get this right

[00:03:02] But yeah, there's some cereal that doesn't go over the rules real quick

[00:04:56] Well first because of my blazer. I am an expert in all things today

[00:05:08] Expert is just my unabashed love for cereal. I could eat cereal three times a day

[00:05:15] I could eat it and count it as dinner

[00:05:17] At any given time even now at the age of 33 there are at least four different cereals in my house

[00:05:25] and I live alone, so

[00:05:27] No one is that much cereal

[00:05:28] But I apparently do and you and then my kids who have four or five boxes of cereal at all times

[00:05:34] You know they're gonna win eight year old boys, and I am a single 33

[00:05:39] Okay, there's not many foods that are perfect

[00:05:43] for breakfast and for late-night snack and

[00:05:47] Waffle house cereal and cereals one of those things I could I crave

[00:05:52] Cereal when I wake up in the morning, and I crave it at 11 p.m.. And I do love it

[00:05:59] Perfect I feel like I'm not qualified to be on this panel

[00:06:03] I love cereal. I love cereal my biggest concern here is that there's gonna be a bunch of healthy crap on this list

[00:06:11] I have I am pretty

[00:06:14] I don't know I

[00:06:17] Have a lot of opinions on what qualifies as a cereal and if it's like a brand or a nut those are cereals

[00:06:24] But they are they couldn't be shouldn't be a cereal

[00:06:30] Do and I think my big thing is there is one cereal that is popular that I hate

[00:06:34] And I don't want it on this list

[00:07:20] Feel like I was kind of thinking about this list like what are the ten cereals if I only could eat ten cereals for the

[00:07:25] Your criteria was yeah, I was like if I could only eat

[00:07:29] I mean when Brant asked me to do this I was like hey bring your list

[00:07:34] Right off the bat. I had 13 so I had to knock a couple down

[00:07:37] So it was really like out of these 13 if I can only eat 10 for the rest of my life

[00:07:41] What are they that's the way you do it? I do need rice krispies treats in my life

[00:07:46] But that's not cereal at that point. That's a desert, but I do also have

[00:07:51] When I was younger

[00:07:52] I used to spend weekends with my aunt my parents would go away for the anniversary and I would spend weekends with my aunt and we

[00:07:57] Would eat rice krispies treats rice krispies cereal together

[00:08:00] So every time I eat this cereal, I do think of my aunt and so it's a fun memory. It's a delicious food

[00:08:07] It's number 10. It's rice krispies at number 10 brain. What do you think? I have a hard time with it. I do

[00:08:12] Like the treats I like what you can do with this era

[00:08:16] I like that. The cereal is multifaceted and that you can just eat it with milk, but do people do that?

[00:08:23] I think most people

[00:08:25] Create the treats that you can make the tree with the rice krispie

[00:08:29] Get in a square take it to go have yourself a good day

[00:08:34] And so I don't know if it would have made my top 10

[00:08:36] Honestly, I don't know if I've ever actually eaten a bowl of rice krispies

[00:08:40] I've had hella treats hella treats, but have I had a bowl of rice treats?

[00:10:49] They redesigned it and so they were just colored balls of and like I missed the fruit shapes

[00:11:04] You know tricks are for kids

[00:11:13] Cereals are the marketing strategies and I don't know

[00:11:17] What happened in the room that day that they came up with the tricks rabbit and silly rabbit tricks are for kids

[00:11:25] There's not I mean how many marketing strategies sit with you like that

[00:11:29] Like is grilled into your brain if you just imagine like a boardroom and it's like he's a tiger. He's gonna go great

[00:14:49] He's gonna go buy a box like I'm looking at honeycomb and the flavor of honeycomb is just so nostalgic and so sweet

[00:15:02] Cereal on your list where honey is the predominant flavor? No. Okay. Yeah. Okay. That's all I needed. I'm okay with this

[00:15:12] You know, I like honey comes more than these other two cereals. So yes, I do

[00:15:17] Give me honey comes over tricks and rice krispies. So I don't have a problem there

[00:15:22] But the fact that 8 is better

[00:15:25] Gives me a little bit of encouragement

[00:15:27] That we're moving in the right direction and maybe I can just take those two off with my to sweat my to

[00:15:33] Change them up. I think a big part of this is that I'm looking at is

[00:15:38] Why I kind of forgot about this cereal because I actually did go through a honeycomb phase

[00:15:43] When I was a kid where it was like I ate it a lot and then I kind of forgot about it

[00:15:47] There's not there's not a memorable marketing strategy with the honeycombs. We got the rabbit. We got the right

[00:15:53] They had one. Okay, they say honey comes a bunch like honey comes honey comes

[00:15:58] gremlin like monster and

[00:16:01] They had like a computer game and I did really like the computer didn't take off because it's no

[00:16:06] Box like her couple years in the 90s and then it went away but like in the box you got the CD-rom

[00:16:14] Rom there was a period of time where cereal marketing was insane

[00:16:22] Put stuff in boxes that they had no business putting in them. They used to also in cereal boxes giveaway

[00:59:27] She knows that that's right. She also knows she doesn't want fruit loops on the list. I mean, I come on

[00:59:32] What are your thoughts on fruit loops Aaron?

[00:59:39] I like fruit loops. I mean if I'm at a hotel with a continental breakfast and fruit loops is the only sugary options

[00:59:46] Yeah, I'm talking to the guy that loves a continental breakfast. Yeah, you should get like Cheerios fruit loops and then like some sort of

[00:59:52] Like green cereal, but so I will go for loops there

[00:59:58] But it is a cereal that

[01:00:01] Feels continental breakfast to me. Yeah. Yeah, I like the bigness of it. I like the bigness of the loops

[01:00:08] Like that's why I personally like those more than the pebbles. I don't like the tiny of the loops

[01:00:14] I don't like the tiny tiny dinkers. I like the big boys

[01:00:22] You know, I haven't had tricks in a long time. I can see a world where tricks is better than fruit loops

[01:00:28] It's just been a long time for me

[01:00:36] All right, Aaron it's time oh this is tough this is tough which of those two lists are combined

[01:00:42] We did all the work here. Would you have one in your mind that you think is gonna work for you?

[01:00:51] I have no problem with either of the substitutions that you made or the swaps. I mean, yeah, they're all great lists

[01:00:59] They're all great cereal and unequivocally better lists than Ryan Popola's like in every way

[01:01:18] The issue that I am having is

[01:01:22] One of you chose cookie crisp and one of you chose fruit loops

[01:01:29] And cookie crisp is gonna win yeah

[01:01:31] Yeah, as it should you both replace the rice crispy with the cocoa cereal phenomenal choice

[01:01:38] Happy with both of those. Yeah rice krispies on here for a nostalgia factor. Do you have a preference between?

[01:01:47] Yeah, I loved your puffs

[01:01:54] Substitution there

[01:01:55] But you took honey combs off the board and put in what if I replace?

[01:02:01] I'm asking would it have made any difference at the end of the day? It's still a coke
