[00:08:47] He catches her though Uh so That's nice Uh once again Uh they bump into each other Inside And Um He hops on her cart Which I guess she has a license for And jumps and grabs a drone Out of mid air People are really trying to get footage Because this is the big Fashion event Yeah man Cosmo Cosmo Cosmo Cosmo Cosmo Cosmo And apparently people are all trying to get pictures And do At any Means Necessary Kaylee

[00:09:17] Uh Works for famed Stylist Celine She works for celebrities Celine Dion No Okay Uh Celine Dion's Stylist Wow Celine Um But then Kaylee's working on this one by herself This is her first big Solo event There's a knock on the door Who is it? There's no answer Who is it? Uh no It's actually Mills Um He's not saying anything Oof He uh Has a delivery It is a dress That they uh Are gonna

Um The dress is a big deal It belongs to Elizabeth Taylor Kay and Brian Thank you so much for volunteering You did a Deep dive You put a deep dive on Elizabeth Taylor Why is this a big deal Brian? You put a deep dive on her I did put a deep dive on her What's the big deal about Elizabeth Taylor Brian? Yeah she

[00:10:44] Because security is real tight right now Apparently There's already been a robbery Of something gala related Earlier this week So the hotel is really locked down Following protocol To the T Sign out Then we will Come back And grab it And put it in the hotel safe When you are done working on it Today Okay And she's freaking out a little bit Uh He tries to help calm her down This again This is her first big event Selene's not there Um But she thinks that Kaylee is ready No problem Um

[00:11:13] So we find out That Mills Is about to get a big promotion As International Head of security For the entire hotel I'm in a national Now That's exactly He's about to be If this goes well Uh Reanie Jean Comes in And tells Kaylee That she's not thrilled About the designs anymore She knew that she signed off on it But it's just not what she's feeling Do you think you could Maybe whip something else up For this first event To make some changes Kaylee runs out And gets some supplies And whips something together Reanie Jean Pump

[00:11:43] She loves it She's like Um Aside from the Elizabeth Taylor dress Famed recluse Um I would like I would like for you To change everything About the All the Uh Outfits that I was gonna wear Today But again Love the Elizabeth Taylor dress Don't wanna change that Mills comes back to grab Said Elizabeth Taylor dress Uh It's gone While Kaylee was out Grabbing supplies Someone Someone came in And stole it So naturally That leads to

[00:12:13] Kaylee and Mills Hanging out a ton Getting to know each other Having some flirty Flirty fun time And naturally They're gonna Uh Go to all the parties That are happening They're gonna go to all the parties Try to keep an eye out For the thief If this thief is Showing up to parties And taking stuff Maybe we can find out Who Done it Then find the dress Obviously At the first party That they go to The lights go out And naturally They almost kiss But when the lights Come back on They see something Is missing

[00:12:42] From one of the attendees Uh oh The Cosmo Cat thief Okay Trying something there Uh struck again Uh since they're gonna be Going to all these parties Though Mills He's feeling a little Insecure about his Dancing skills So he knocks on her Door one night And is like Will you give me A dancing lesson That Not at least To them almost kissing But they're interrupted And she's like Okay I gotta go But then he's like Oh you think That's gonna stop me And they kiss Big ones While at the big party Rainy Jean Uh gets proposed to

[00:13:12] But the ring Is not in the dude's pocket He's like It was just here It's not anymore Kaylee looks around And sees this Suspicious bodyguard Making a run for it So she follows him And he's about to Drop the ring In a drain Mills comes from behind Tackles the dude The ring goes flying Kaylee leaps Uh and grabs it Mid air Like uh Famous football player Danny Amendola

[00:13:41] Danny Amendola Uh she caught it And that's Wonderful Always too soon The dude admits Did he die? No he just was A Patriots player Oh okay Oh okay great Um So uh The dude admits To everything They recover Everything Except for the Elizabeth Taylor dress Apparently this guy Didn't steal that That's a separate Thief altogether Kaylee says that She's just ready For life to go Back to normal And uh

[00:14:11] Looks like uh You know our guy Mills is gonna be Getting that big Promotion So everyone's life Is gonna go back To normal And she's like Hey with the big Promotion International Are you gonna be In LA at all? And he's like Every seven months And they hug Next day She goes to Say goodbye to Mills Mills is already gone Apparently His uh Boss guy Says he quits And uh He felt like The security lapse Was all his fault And he didn't Deserve the gig To begin with So Rainy Jean Once again

[00:14:40] Not my lover Uh Ask Kaylee To be her Full time stylist It's time for her To spread her wings And go out On her own And she says Okay She goes to Find Mills To convince him Not to quit The job And he's like Oh I didn't Quit I got fired But wait a Second I know Who did it The guy Who fired Me His boss Who was mad That he was Getting promoted Over him To this big International Head of security

[00:15:11] They got mad They found the dress They just kept In their office Which is crazy Dude gets arrested Uh But he's not Gonna take Our guy Mills Is not gonna Take the job Back Instead He's gonna Be head of Security For Rainy Jean And her Fiance And that means That these two Lovebirds are Gonna be traveling The world Together International And they kiss Big ones to Celebrate And that my Friends was The love Heist We Did it Let's take a break

[00:16:10] What do you think Of the love heist Well after listening First of all After listening To your interview With Lindsay That was wonderful Another phenomenal interview Could she be any more fun Oh my goodness I After listening to her And I have I'm embarrassed To say this But I have to To clear my conscience I didn't put together She was The daughter On How I Met Your Mother It blew my mind I was so angry With myself Because I love that I love that show I'm glad She was such a great So smart

[00:16:39] Her stories Are phenomenal The jokes Everything that came out Of that Was just such a great time And I walked away Rooting for her So hard Like I was Such a big fan Of her After listening You just are on her side And hearing about her Horror movie The cast in this Horror movie She's in Are you kidding me You know that's A McLean joint Oh really Nelson McLean Yes Nelson McLean What Oh man So I just could not Be like more pumped To watch this movie For her Like on her behalf We're going to have To go to the theater You're going to have To join us

[00:17:09] I want to go see that In the theater For a Nelson McLean Horror movie story Lindsay Fonseca Are you kidding me Tom Cavanaugh Are you Hunter King's in it I mean So I was way up here For this movie I was pumped And I'm like This is going to be fun Fun heist movie That said Uh oh That being said Fashion icon Fashion head Fashionista Whatever Yeah You know My license You brought out A collar today First time maybe ever

[00:17:38] I don't know Just a Father's Day gift Pop it Pop it Look at this guy Look at this guy Wow Wow No one looks More comfortable And in their skin One less button One new one Looks more Yeah look at this guy I mean Come on This is how you're supposed To wear it apparently That's my understanding So Fashion stuff aside The I What I enjoyed Was the The slow meandering Of this story

[00:18:08] Going on It was slow Is what you're saying Yeah Taking it's time Very calming Storytelling Which was Nice Upon reflection But I thought I was sitting down For an exciting Heist movie And even my Son Who was really Pumped to watch it With me He decided to Join his mom And brother To go Out for ice cream Instead of Why he wanted To go out for ice cream Instead of this movie And I was like Listen You don't It's okay bud You can go Eat the ice cream He's like I know But I told you I watched the movie I said I'll tell you

[00:18:37] What happens A typical kid Here Who would rather Have ice cream Than this movie And so That And so It turns out It was He went for ice cream This is a Nice sidebar story He went for ice cream At the ice cream shop I think that All the The dads Who were there With their kids Felt bad for my wife Who was there With the two boys Yeah Me not In sight Because I'm home Father's day Father's day It's happened on Father's day And so Some guy bought her Her ice cream Somebody slipped

[00:19:07] Ethan $10 Like $20 I mean What What ice cream place This was What was A TCBY I believe Oh sure It was I think it was A free deal For dads On that day Oh free deal For dads And so Ethan came home He's like Oh I wish this guy Happy Father's day And he gave me $20 Or he had He was He was gonna start Doing that Yeah That's pretty But I was like I have to Actually what happened Was like The whole store Was like pitying us It was just A really sad scene It's not a great Encouragement Until kids go

[00:19:37] Talk to strangers At that point Yeah You can't stop him Maybe they'll give you $20 He'll keep trying All year long So He Missed out He missed out But I filled him in But So I did like What the movie was But I was just so pumped For an exciting heist And it was like not You were pumped For what it wasn't Right I had this idea And But it turns out I really Like I appreciated The amount of fashion Passion That was in this movie Fashion It was some fashion Passion Peter Porte Or as Brian

[00:20:06] Calls him Peter Port Was I was rooting For him As a security guard Like I wanted him To get this new This gig Like he was Into it You know And so There were some Really funny moments The writing I felt was really strong So I liked It for what it was I just had to Adjust my expectations So I think I liked it Pretty Pretty well Overall Interesting What a way to get there I'll say this First act Loved it Third act Loved it Second act Little boards

[00:20:36] And that's okay Ice cream time Ice cream time These two leaves Wonderful together I love How quickly They meet Me cuted And Had to It was A lot of movie To get to It was great Him Hopping on The Luggage cart And just being like Push me Push me Funny That worked for me A couple of really Good Romantic scenes Which I will get to In my feels So yeah

[00:21:05] As somebody who Turns to this Network for Two characters That I'm cheering For to fall in love Really enjoyed this movie As far as the Heist movie goes Underwound by the Heist And the Whodunit Of it all But You know Still enjoyed Myself Overall More than the Average movie This year I would say For me So There you go Dano So I would say And these two guys Have kind of danced Around it It's the worst Named movie Yeah We've had in a long Time Because there

[00:21:36] Fundamentally is no Heist Like a heist Is like a group Of dudes Or a group Of like I'm thinking Ocean's 11 So like Or in Ocean's 8 A group of ladies Like who are Planning To steal something And it takes All of them Working together And there's a Save cracker And there's a Blah blah blah And they steal This thing This Is something Is stolen And we have To kind of Sort of Find it If we have The time Between parties That's what's Happening here

[00:22:05] It is The heist Happens off screen The love Happens on screen It is not A love heist He didn't Steal her heart Okay The problem Is that When you tell me Love heist And it starts With something Being stolen There would be An assumption That we're going To see the inner Workings of how It was stolen Or The movie These two leads Are going to be Hot on the case Neither of those Things happen In this movie And that's Unfortunate Because it leads To a lot of

[00:22:35] Expectations being Completely just Cut at the knees And then what you Have is a movie That the two leads Do make what is On screen work Very well I think both of The leads are Very very capable And we need more Of Peter at Porte as we say That as we've Always said Porte We need more of Him on the network We always like to See Lindsay Fonseca But the movie Does kind of Just sit there The fashion Is good The difference Of it all being In a big city And these two Meeting right away

[00:23:05] I do think In parts Does set it apart And I think It's a pretty Sophisticated movie All things considered But it is very slow And it's not a heist And so You know As it goes Judging it by that Measure Not great In fact My least favorite Lindsay Fonseca movie On the network After we just talked to her I know that sucks She's still great Sure Peter Porte is still great But if you're asking me To rank the movie She's done on homework

[00:23:34] This would be my least favorite Yeah I would like What would have been A Fashionably in love Well we've done Fashionably yours And then we did one With Was it Lacey J. Mailey Who was in one of those That we did But I think it's more About the fashion That's right Right Cause like Her dress at the end Of this movie Is great Which It's like I never once Maybe a couple of times But typically I'm not one to notice Like oh that's a really

[00:24:06] Thing where the The lead walks down The stairs slow And the guy's like Whoa Typically it's like Yeah there's That's a dress This was a fashionable Like I'm doing This is fat This is the gala You know I will say this It could be Cause the three of us Don't know fashion Sure But for me And I think I speak For all three of us Like when they do A movie about photography And we're immediately Like that's not a good picture Or when they do A movie about podcasting Or when they do A movie about sports I don't know fashion But it passed the test To me Sure Like for me This felt like It wanted to get

[00:24:36] The fashion right In a way that Most Hallmark movies Do not And it wanted to get Two adults talking Like adults By and large right More than most Hallmark movies And I will grant them Those two things But if you're called The love heist You don't have a heist And your movie's boring If your movie has heist In the title It can't be boring I think we can all agree And I think that All three of us said boring And so We have to penalize This movie For what it claimed I'm sorry Like I You know I just There are worse movies

[00:25:05] But there are also movies That did the thing They said it was going to do Better than this movie So like I think of the Ian Harding Lacey Chabert movie A movie I didn't like As much as you two But did the thing It said it was going to do And did it very very well This movie did not do The thing it said It was going to do In the movie's defense So you can't just call it The love True So we had to have A third The love Caper Anything that involves The stealing Like the stealing Of this dress Is such a like Yeah Off Like that happens Completely off screen Like if you have

[00:25:34] A movie called a heist There has to be a scene Where that music's playing And somebody steals something I don't disagree We see nothing stolen Nothing So Yeah It's time for the feels We're talking about What this movie is Feels a story with you I brought a clip From my feels Oh my gosh I almost sent this To you guys last week When I watched this movie But I don't want To spoil anything Here we go This should be Pretty self explanatory Okay Here we go Okay Mr. Porte

[00:26:06] That scene Where they had The almost kiss And he pulls her back in That's great You almost felt it Like you felt like He's not going to Let that moment Slip away And he even says Do you think I'm going to Yeah Like let's A little distraction Like that Keep me from Like Which is what We've talked about All the time Any normal person Is continuing With the kiss And this movie Has some of those touches And I believe It is because Of something I'll talk about In my What the Home Okay Okay That Save it

[00:26:35] And it made me realize We complain a lot About how The almost kiss Is interrupted And they move on But then they don't In this one And it's the Highlight the whole page Metaphor Where you get it once And you're like Oh it really hits Yes It really hits And it was perfect In that moment So that was it And then Earlier than that They do the At the Once When they're at the party And the thing gets stolen And she's like You're not going to search me Yeah And she's like You're searching everybody And then he does the search

[00:27:05] And dadgummit The tension there Between those two When he is Doing this number On her And then grabs her hips And then finds the thing In the pocket Great Really good Great scene And I gotta be honest I was like That to me Felt like Oh this seems A little more than Hallmark would normally Venture Because that was pretty Yeah That was pretty Spicy A little spicy So alright Hallmark I see you That's like Two Is it

[00:30:03] Thanks Trace Alright let's get to the way what It's where we talk about What in this movie made us go What I'll start with you Braga Yeah One thing they just kept They kept going back to the bar The speakeasy That they had on site I assume In the hotel Yeah that's right It just bugged me That they have this Beautiful speakeasy That's just not being used During a huge fashion week Yeah The first time that he brought it up And he was like This used to be a speakeasy I'm like well clearly It's being used for something now And then they It just is abandoned Yeah Empty Empty Fully stocked Lights work Sound works
