Jacks grew up in the coal region of Pennsylvania but made the big move to New York City—basically writing herself into the villain role in a Hallmark movie. Still, she brings full best friend energy and is always happy to be part of the Deck the Hallmark crew.
She loves digging into these movies, even the chaotic ones, and finding the joy in them—whether it’s a genuinely sweet moment or just a perfectly mistimed snowball fight. Outside the podcast, Jacks coaches young actors, aggressively plays escape rooms, and hangs out with her two cats, Adler and Moriarty (yes, Sherlock Holmes fans, she knows what she did).
She’s also the kind of person who shows up with two peppermint mochas—and insists both are for you.
