ABOUT LOVE UNDER THE MISTLETOE
Interior designer Grace runs a business with her best friend and her brother in the quaint town of Ivy Glen but is too busy for a real relationship. Ryan, a successful New York City financial advisor and Grace's former high school crush, returns home planning to sell his grandmother's historic St. Nicholas House. The mayor convinces him to revive the holiday tradition, setting the stage for an unexpected reunion.

BRAN'S MOVIE SYNOPSIS
We meet Grace. She's hanging out with Quinn who is really into her. Grace is really excited to be in charge of decorating the town Christmas tree. Her main goal? Getting the contract to decorate the entire town!
We then meet Ryan. He's a big city finance boy who is trying to figure out what to do with his grandmother's historic St. Nicholas House. He's planning on listing it but gets a call from the mayor. The mayor calls him to see if he'd be interested in reviving the beloved Ribbons and Bows charity fundraiser. He's not so sure about this. So he heads back to his hometown and is pumped to bump into Grace. The sparks are flying.
The mayor comes by Grace's office to see if she'd be willing to talk to Ryan and convince him to do the fundraiser. If she does this for her, she'll move to the top of the list of potential decorators to decorate the town next year. Grace's bff Melanie is pumped about this because they're both single and ready to mingle.
Quinn goes to the St. Nicholas House to talk to Ryan to try to find out about what his plans are for the house since Quinn is a real estate agent and he has a very interested buyer. Ryan says if he decides to sell, he'll call him first.
As Quinn goes to leave, Grace shows up. Ryan asks Grace if there's something going on with her and Quinn. She's like oh it's nothing, we just hang out sometimes. She convinces him to move forward with the fundraiser and that she'll do all the heavy lifting!
Maggie starts hanging up mistletoe around town to help make sure that Ryan and Grace get together. They start hanging out a ton. She even tells Quinn that it's just not going to work out between them.
Everything is working out great aside from not being able to find a 14 foot Christmas tree. But he surprises her by finding one!
But Quinn ruins everything by telling Grace about his plans to buy the St. Nicholas House.
He decides ultimately he's not going to sell. The party happens. And they end up kissing under the mistletoe.
