BRAN’S MOVIE SYNOPSIS
The movie kicks off with....BOWLING! We meet Audrey and bowling is a big deal in her family. They have a ton of bowling ornaments. Her business partner, Beckett, is over and is like what’s up with all this bowling? They explain that they’ve had a bowling alley in the family forever. Her grandpa ran it but since he’s passed away, Grandma has been running it and she’s ready to sell. Audrey decides to help Grandma get the lanes ready for the holidays to help it sell better. When her ex-boyfriend and local news anchor, Jason, catches wind of this he encourages her to bring back the Jingle Bowl and he’ll do a story on it. She reluctantly gives in.
Naturally, since he’s doing the story, he’s down at the bowling alley all the time and they hang out a ton. He explains why he ghosted her way back when and apologizes. She’s starting to fall in love with bowling again but she’s planning on moving to SC to start a barbecue restaurant with Beckett.
She’s clearly considering staying, but then finds out that Jason got a promotion offer in the big city across state. So clearly she should sell, right? WRONG! She gets a letter from the grave from her grandpa begging her to run the bowling alley. So she’s gonna stay!!! She tells him that she’s gonna stay and he’s like well guess what, ME TOO! They kiss! And the Jingle Bowl is a smash success!
